Our James Braid designed course, now in its second century, has been widely recognised as the Number One course in Renfrewshire.

Its tree-lined setting 500 feet above sea level, means your round will take in breathtaking views across Glasgow to a backdrop of Ben Lomond and surrounding mountains within the Loch Lomond National Park.

Respected and enjoyed by golfers of all abilities, the course is a must play to appreciate the quality of the 1922 design by the renowned course architect and five times Open Champion James Braid.

Great track in very good condition and what matched the great course was the exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Firstly I would like to mention Iain who from start to finish of my booking was so helpful and even when we had another course cancellation due to our flights was trying to help us look for another course. Secondly I would like to mention the clubhouse staff so accommodating and made us all feel so welcome and the food was brilliant. Thirdly the members all so friendly. All 9 of us loved our experience playing east ren and would not hesitate returning.

Despite blustery conditions (don’t generally get it like that in Bedford) and a challenging course we all thoroughly enjoyed our round.
